All casual rates are subject to 10% G.S.T. with the exception of Annual and Permanent residents which are set at 5.5% G.S.T. per annum.
 
The first twenty-eight days of the new Permanent or Annual site attracts 10% G.S.T. thereafter 5.5% G.S.T. applies.
